Prior to retiring in 2009, Tom made a decision to use his 45 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and put it to good use while at the same time doing something he loved. He completed his New York State licensing requirements at C.W. Post College and opened ISLAND SMART HOME INSPECTION, Inc.
