Cathy’s participation on our committees and in our events has been a valuable asset to us. Cathy’s business, Real Estate Investments and Sales, is called Convar LLC which she operates from her home office right here in Levittown. Her extensive background of over 14 years in Real Estate sales, mortgage origination and mortgage servicing has provided her with a keen understanding of Real Estate transactions, lending and foreclosure prevention. In addition to buying and selling distressed properties she works with a network of over 150 real estate investors to facilitate a quick sale of your home to fit your needs. She is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Realty Direct NY and can help clients find the home they are searching for. Cathy enjoys helping people and aiding them in attaining their goals. She has volunteered for church activities and fundraising events for charities. She also speaks fluent Spanish and has been a liaison to the Hispanic community through partnerships with not for profit agencies.
