Thank you all for your ongoing support of the Levittown Chamber of Commerce. We continue to focus on promoting and advocating for a thriving business climate to ensure the growth and prosperity of our members.
I am pleased to share that our annual Levittown Chamber of Commerce sponsored Carnival over the Memorial Day weekend was outstanding. The success is due in part to the weather, the partnership with Dreamland and the many volunteers that helped. We are grateful to those that helped to plan, sell presale tickets and collect tickets. This was once again a successful fundraiser.
I welcome the continued support and participation of our members, without whom we would not exist. Our monthly meetings have been well attended. The Chamber is a network of local businesses, professionals, entrepreneurs and community groups working together to promote our collective interests within the community and must continue with that goal.
To help promote our interests and our businesses our website committee has done an amazing job implementing our updated Levittown Chamber of Commerce website. Take some time and review the site and reach out to members you may not know. Members should sign on and update your business information, and consider purchasing a banner ad. This is a new way to create more visibility for your business.
The Chamber conducted, supported or sponsored several events this year. Going forward, we will continue to as well as look for new opportunities for networking and supporting the business community.
