Spotlight On Business

The Levittown Chamber of Commerce would like to introduce, Mum Beirne, owner of MVB Bookkeeping located in Levittown. Mum is a Levittown resident. MVB Bookkeeping has been in business since 2019. Beirne says she has always loved working with numbers so it was a no-brainer to study accounting in college. One day, her former employer whom she had worked with for 15 year. asked if she would like to do freelancing for them. That’s how it all got started; one client at a time.

President's Message

Christine SweeneyI am honored and ready for the unique challenge that comes with my new position as the President of the Levittown Chamber of Commerce. I am excited to lead our distinguished Board of Directors in our mission to continue to strive to be a resource for our membership, business community and Levittown residents. The last few years have been challenging for all businesses and organizations, but the Chamber never stopped, and we have a lot to look forward to.

We have a dynamic group in place, all here to connect, engage and create opportunities that will foster economic growth for your business. This year the focus is on Membership, Business Networking, Education from presentations and growth of our businesses.

It is important that all members become connected, attend events, shop local and participate in Explore LI. Members can be located on our website. By supporting the member businesses in our directory, you immediately impact and reinvest in our great community.

Please share with Tara any photos of your business or of your collaboration with other Chamber members, and be sure to read and contribute to our weekly newsletter that you receive via email.

Let us all work together to better our lives, businesses and community.
